Hello, my name is Maria Levic I am the owner of Levic’s Salon located in Milwaukee, WI. Beauty has always been my passion, I first stepped into the beauty industry over 20 years ago in Mexico and continued to grow and learn in different parts of the United States. I continued to educate myself in efforts to give my clients the best possible services by staying up-to-date on the latest trends, techniques and on demand services. I’m highly devoted to my work and this industry and plan to continue to grow with it for years to come.

 

I graduated as a professional hairstylist in Mexico City in May of 1998 in the continental Institute of Beauty. In December of 2001 I graduated as a professional cosmetologist in the institute of superior stylist in Mexico City.

In summer of 2002 I moved to Milwaukee from Mexico City, I started working in a local hair salon as an apprentice, in a sponsorship program through the department of Workforce Development of Wisconsin. I obtained my barber and cosmetology license by the state of Wisconsin in summer of 2003.

 

I started my career in Dermopigmentation in December of 2003, I got certified in Dermopigmentation Technology in eyebrows, lips, and eyes in Miami Florida at Charme International. In April of 2008 I got certified in Micro-Pigmentation by Bio touch Institute in Permanent Makeup and cosmetic, micro-pigmentation techniques in eyebrows, lips, and eyeliners.  

In June of 2011 I got another certification by Bio Touch Institute in Feather Touch Microblading eyebrow techniques. In May of 2014 I got certified to be a Master Paramedical Artist. For completion in advanced techniques, included hair strokes in eyebrows, areola pigmentation, blush pigmentation, and micro needling by Jinny Beauty International Pigmentation Institute in Miami Florida.

In February of 2018 I became a certified Master in Feather Touch Microblading and Shading by Bio Touch by demonstrating expertise in the field of Microblading, being able to create the appearance of beautiful, full, natural eyebrows. I also acquired a certificate of Registration in “Body Art Practitioner” and blood borne pathogens exposure control training, by a Los Angeles County Authorized Trainer, a tattooist license of the department of safety and Professional services by the state of Wisconsin which is renewed every year along with a cosmetology establishment license by the state of Wisconsin that gets renewed every 2 years.  

Levic’s Salons passion is to serve our clients and give them the best possible experience while visiting. We will continue to serve and make our clients feel beautiful as long as we can.
