ARRIVAL

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Plan to be at the salon for the full duration of your scheduled appointment. Late fees apply after your 15 minute grace period. A $30-60 charge will be applied to your check out.

SCHEDULING

Appointments may be scheduled online anytime or by phone during regular business hours. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you purchased a voucher or Groupon, a valid credit card must be kept on file in place of a deposit. Without a deposit or card on file, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.

DEPOSITS

Any permanent makeup appointment that is 1 hour or less requires a deposit of $40. Any permanent makeup appointment that is more than 1 hour requires a deposit of $80. Non-permanent makeup appointments require a card on file. Deposits are fully refundable as long as any changes to your appointment are made within the cancellation window.

GROUPON

All Groupon clients need to book directly with our booking link. Groupon appointments cannot be booked over the phone or at the salon, please use direct link found under "fine print" of your Groupon. CREDIT CARD is required to book, a 15% gratitude charge is automatically applied from original price, not sales price. Charge is automatic upon booking. No cash tips.

Permanent Makeup Groupon are not to be used for touch ups or if you had permanent makeup in the past. Groupon for permanent makeup are for FIRST TIME clients. WE DONT REFUND GROUPONS.

Groupon's Fine print:

Not valid for touch ups. Not valid with Master Maria. Cannot be used for touch up appointments. Appointment required, Direct booking link: https://booking.mangomint.com/levicssalon?showOnlyScId=34&hp=1 Not Valid for clients active in the past 12 months. Credit/Debit card is REQUIRED on file per our policy and 15% gratitude will be charged when you book, 15% of the ORIGINAL price , NO EXCEPTIONS. Not valid with Level 3 Masters. Fill out policy and micropigmentation form Service Forms (levicssalon.com). Not valid with clients with previous micropigmentation, cosmetic tattoos and tattoos.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations or reschedules done within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will either constitute a forfeiture of your deposit or a $40 charge to your card on file.

PAYMENTS

Your deposit can be made with a credit card, debit card, or cash. The remainder of your appointment balance must be paid with cash. Card processing fee is applied based of the total amount. For your convenience, we have a no-fee ATM at the salon.

SALON ETTIQUETE

Guests are NOT ALLOWED. We kindly ask that you DO NOT BRING CHILDREN unless they are receiving a service. NO outside food or beverages are allowed in the salon. Keep in mind we are a tattoo salon and spa, we are required to maintain your area of service CLEAN AND QUITE. It's your time to relax.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

Levics Salon is not obligated to issue refunds for any reason but may choose to do so at their sole discretion. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service at Levics Salon, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to make it right.
